本文介绍了延髓腹外侧区(VLM)投射到脊髓中间外侧柱(IML)神经元的组化特性及其有关的神经化学物质在调节心血管活动中的作用。VLM是中枢神经系统维持静息交感张力、整合各种心血管反射的重要部位,含有乙酰胆碱(ACh),5-羟色胺(5-HT),γ-氨基丁酸(GABA),P物质(SP),神经肽Y(NPY),脑啡肽(ENK)等多种信息物质。其中许多可以不同的形式共存在同一IML投射神经元内。这种信息物质及其共存形式的多样性,可能就是心血管调节型式复杂性的神经化学基础。
This article describes the histochemical characteristics of neurons projecting from the medial ventromedial region (VLM) to the medial lateral column (IML) of the spinal cord and the role of their neurochemicals in the regulation of cardiovascular activity. VLM is an important part of the central nervous system that maintains resting sympathetic tone and integrates various cardiovascular reflexes. It contains ACh, 5-HT, GABA and SP, , Neuropeptide Y (NPY), enkephalin (ENK) and other information substances. Many of these can coexist in the same IML projection neuron in different forms. The diversity of this informational substance and its coexistence may be the neurochemical basis for the complexity of the type of cardiovascular regulation.
