1 工程概况盘石头水库是河南省重点工程,是海河流域淇河上的一座大(2)型水库,坝址位于河南省鹤壁市西南约15km的盘石头村附近,总库容6.08亿m~3,以防洪、工业及城市生活供水为主,兼顾农田灌溉、发电、养殖等综合利用。2 输水洞工程设计2.1 水力计算根据工程规划,输水洞的任务是向鹤壁市提供工业、生活用水,同时结合发电。其控制运用工况见下表。
1 Project Overview Panshitou Reservoir is a key project in Henan Province and a large (2) type reservoir on the Qihe River in the Haihe River Basin. The dam site is located near Panshitou Village, about 15km southwest of Hebi City, Henan Province, with a total storage capacity of 608 million m3. To flood control, industrial and urban water supply mainly, taking into account the comprehensive utilization of farmland irrigation, power generation, farming and so on. 2 Water Tunnel Engineering Design 2.1 Hydraulic Calculation According to the project planning, the task of water tunnel is to provide industrial, domestic water Hebi City, combined with power generation. The control of the operating conditions in the table below.
