用20个性状稳定的基础材料,采用裂区法设计,研究了太谷核不育小麦细胞质及其显性不育基因对主要农艺性状的影响。结果表明,显性核不育基因导致株高略有降低,抽穗期有所推迟,穗子稍有缩短,百粒重增高,统计分析达到5%或1%的显著水平,但与对应可育株比,差值不大,并不影响应用。显性核不育基因对单株成穗数、小穗数、条锈、叶锈看不出影响。太谷核不育小麦细胞质对以上性状无不良影响。
Twenty basic characters of stable traits were used to study the effects of cytoplasm and their dominant male sterile genes on the main agronomic traits of Taigu nuclear sterile wheat. The results showed that dominant-negative genic male sterility gene resulted in a slight decrease of plant height, postponed heading date, a slight shortening of spikelet and a high percentage of 100-kernel weight. The statistical analysis reached a significant level of 5% or 1% Than the difference is not big, does not affect the application.
