从能量和火用的角度分析携带流反应器中温度对木屑空气气化的影响,结果表明:各成分气体的火用值均低于其能值,使得气化气的火用值也低于能值。各成分气体对气化气的能值及火用值的贡献不同,但气化气的能值及火用值随反应器温度的增加显示出的变化趋势一致,并使得气化气的能量效率及火用效率也呈现出相似的变化趋势。未反应碳的能量效率和火用效率均与其剩余率保持同步,并且几乎重合,反映出相同的评价效果。火用分析还能反映出能量的质量,从而显示出更大的优越性。
From the perspective of energy and exergy, the effect of temperature on the air entrainment in sawdust in carrier-flow reactors was analyzed. The results showed that the exergy values of all the components were lower than their energy values, Can value. The contribution of each component gas to the energy value and the exergy value of the gasification gas is different, but the change tendency of the energy value and the exergy value of the gasification gas with the increase of the reactor temperature is consistent, and the energy efficiency of the gasification gas And exergy efficiency also showed a similar trend. Both the energy efficiency and the exergy efficiency of unreacted carbon are in keeping with their residual rates, and almost coincide, reflecting the same evaluation effect. Exergy analysis can also reflect the quality of energy, which shows greater superiority.
