随着我国市场经济的不断发展和进步,我国企业的技术以及管理开始出现现代化发展,在工业化和市场化快速发展的过程中,企业在市场竞争中需要面临十分巨大的压力。从企业自身的发展角度来看,企业管理现代化开始成为我国经济建设以及企业发展的动力之一,需要得到足够的重视。企业的管理现代化本身属于复杂的系统活动,因此需要明确、科学的方法才能够有效的实施,本文主要是就企业管理模式和企业管理现代化问题进行分析和研究,深入研究我国现今企业管理现代化过程中所出现的问题,并且根据出现的问题提出相应的解决措施,最终促进我国企业管理现代化的进一步发展,提升我国经济的发展速度。
