采用急骤凝胶法制备CeO2/PVDF复合膜,通过纯水通量测试,复合膜的纯水通量由纯膜的109 L/(m2·h)提高到210 L/(m2·h),接触角相应有所下降。运用分光光度计、微控电子万能试验机、SEM、FTIR、TG等手段进一步考察纳米氧化铈的加入对膜的截留率、力学性能、孔结构、热稳定性等性能的影响。结果表明,复合膜的各项性能与纯PVDF膜相比均有显著改善,其中对牛血清白蛋白的截留率从12.5%提高到25.6%,拉伸强度从1.78 MPa提高到2.64 MPa。
The pure water flux of composite membrane was increased from 109 L / (m2 · h) to 210 L / (m2 · h) by the method of flash gel method. The corresponding decline. The effects of nano-cerium oxide on the rejection, mechanical properties, pore structure and thermal stability of the membrane were further investigated by spectrophotometer, micro-electronic universal testing machine, SEM, FTIR and TG. The results showed that the properties of the composite membrane were significantly improved compared with the pure PVDF membrane. The rejection of bovine serum albumin increased from 12.5% to 25.6% and the tensile strength increased from 1.78 MPa to 2.64 MPa.
