为发展各种快速探针,提高电弧加热器调试和烧蚀试验的效率以及试验结果的质量,我们研制成功了一套纵横向自动送进系统。该系统容许五个模型或探针参加试验。横向送进,采用大功率步进电机驱动,到位重复性优于0.1毫米,还能以0.08米/秒一0.43米/秒的速度扫掠各种快速探针;纵向送进,采用激光定位——快速离合器控制的直流电机驱动,可准确地补偿模型烧蚀的后退量。经过现场调试,排除电磁场干扰后该系统已获得成功。利用该系统各种快速探针测出了电弧加热器射流的压力剖面、热流剖面和气流焓值。烧蚀试验的效率和质量均得到了很大的提高。
