探讨肝脏缺血再灌注损伤时中性粒细胞(PMN)的聚积及海风藤酮的保肝作用。应用大鼠肝脏局部缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察肝脏缺血再灌注损伤过程中PMN的浸润及海风藤酮的保护作用。结果:随着肝脏缺血再灌注时间的延长,肝组织中PMN浸润程度逐渐加重;海风藤酮可以减轻肝脏脂质过氧化及炎症损伤程度,显著改善肝脏损伤后的胆汁流量。因此,寻找有抑制炎性细胞激活及其释放炎症介质作用的新药,有望为治疗肝脏缺血再灌注损伤提供一条新的途径。
To investigate the accumulation of neutrophils (PMNs) and hepatoprotective effects of kainothecin on rat liver ischemia-reperfusion injury. The rat model of liver ischemia reperfusion injury was used to observe the infiltration of PMN and the protective effect of kaempferol during hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury. Results: With the prolongation of hepatic ischemia-reperfusion time, the degree of PMN infiltration in hepatic tissue gradually aggravated. Ketjenone could reduce the degree of hepatic lipid peroxidation and inflammation, and significantly improve the bile flow after hepatic injury. Therefore, looking for a new drug that inhibits the activation of inflammatory cells and the release of inflammatory mediators is expected to provide a new approach for the treatment of liver ischemia-reperfusion injury.
