目的通过对稽留流产患者的流产绒毛组织进行染色体核型分析,探讨染色体异常与稽留流产之间的关系。方法对2011年2月至2017年6月,因稽留流产在我院行流产绒毛组织培养和染色体核型分析的286例患者进行回顾性分析。结果 286例稽留流产绒毛组织中,培养成功262例,成功率为91.61%(262/286)。共检出异常核型135例,异常率为51.53%(135/262),其中数目异常占118例(87.41%,118/135),结构异常17例(12.59%,17/135)。结论胚胎染色体异常,尤其数目异常是导致孕妇稽留流产的最主要原因,为流产孕妇提供绒毛组织染色体核型分析可明确其稽留流产原因,对再发风险评估提供科学的理论依据。
Objective To investigate the relationship between chromosomal abnormalities and missed abortion by analyzing the karyotypes of abortion chorion in patients with missed abortion. Methods From February 2011 to June 2017, 286 patients with abortion-induced abortion tissue and karyotype analysis in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 286 cases of missed abortion chorionic tissue, 262 cases were successfully cultured, with a success rate of 91.61% (262/286). The abnormal karyotypes were detected in 135 cases (51.53%, 135/262). Among them, the number of abnormalities accounted for 118 cases (87.41%, 118/135) and structural abnormalities in 17 cases (12.59%, 17/135). Conclusions Abnormal fetal chromosomes, especially the number abnormalities, are the most important causes of missed abortion in pregnant women. The analysis of karyotypes of chorionic villi in aborted pregnant women can clarify the causes of missed abortion and provide a scientific theoretical basis for risk assessment of recurrence.
