肾脏是一机能复杂的器官,近年来由于方法学的发展,肾脏生理的研究,也相应取得很大成就。研究肾脏机能的方法很多,诸如清除率试验、肾切片的组织化学、显微穿刺术、显微灌流术、显微插管术等,均能从不同方面提供许多有关肾机能的资料,但上述方法也各有其缺点和局限性。晚近Malvin等报告采用新技术、截流分析(stop flow analysis),研究肾小管转运系统的定位及其机制,为肾机能本质的进一步阐明,作出了新的贡献。近年来国外有关截流分析的文献极为丰富。茲就截流技术的原理、方法、估价及其应用等择要综述如下。
