肺炎克雷伯菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae,KP)是医院感染的重要病原菌,其临床分离率高,致病性强,碳青霉烯类抗菌药物曾作为耐药革兰阴性菌治疗的最后一道防线,但随着其在临床的广泛应用,近年碳青霉烯类耐药肺炎克雷伯菌逐年增多,并且在很多国家和地区出现了暴发流行的趋势,使得近年对碳青霉烯耐药肺炎克雷伯菌的研究多聚焦于分子耐药机制、分子流行病学特点与临床有效抗菌药物选择等方面。笔者通过对近年来碳青霉烯耐药肺炎克雷伯菌分子特征及抗菌药物活性相关研究文献进行综述,旨在明确碳青霉烯耐药肺炎克雷伯菌分子特征研究现状,探讨其分子特征与抗菌药物活性是否存在的相互影响,以期为临床掌握碳青霉烯耐药肺炎克雷伯菌暴发流行菌株的分子特征,寻找出有效抗菌药物治疗碳青霉烯耐药肺炎克雷伯菌感染提供理论依据,同时为探讨碳青霉烯耐药肺炎克雷伯菌不同分子特征与抗菌药物活性相关性研究奠定理论基础。
Klebsiella pneumoniae (KP) is an important pathogen of nosocomial infections with high clinical isolation and high pathogenicity.
