广交会大厦采用钢框架-钢筋混凝土筒体结构,其钢结构基本采用板厚大于36mm的高层建筑结构用钢组焊而成,焊接时拘束度大,节点构造复杂,焊接残余应力大;焊接精度要求高,工期紧张。采用优化、整合工艺路线和设备资源,对内节点式矩形钢管柱形成了高效、高精度流水线生产加工技术;通过优化坡口形式、振动时效(VSR)消除残余应力等有效措施,实现了钢结构高效、高精度、高质量加工。
