我国正处于证券市场改革的关键时期,引入证券信用交易正当其时。本文首先对几个典型国家的证券信用交易基本模式进行了分析比较,然后,结合现实国情提出了我国开展证券信用交易的基本模式、具体构想和实施步骤。
Our country is in the crucial period of stock market reform. It is just for the time to introduce securities credit transactions. This paper first analyzes and compares the basic models of securities credit transactions in several typical countries. Then, it puts forward the basic models, concrete conceptions and implementation steps for our country to carry out securities credit transactions according to the actual conditions.
