我国目前的英语教学普遍存在着一个非常突出的问题:教师教得辛苦,学生学得疲惫,然而教师的辛苦并没有带来预想的效果,而且我们的学生也没有得到应有的发展,学生叫苦连天,家长不知其因。因此,如何使我们的英语教师拥有有效的教学理念,进行有效的教学行为,从而达到有效的教学效果,是每一位英语教师值得探究的问题。笔者通过长期的教学实践,尝试过许多有效教学的理念和策略,真对课堂中教师和学生之间的互动行为进行了探究,这对我们英语教学的改进和提高有一定的现实意义。
At present, there is a very prominent problem in current English teaching in our country. Teachers are hard to learn and students are tired of. However, teachers’ hard work did not bring expected results. Our students did not get the proper development. , Parents do not know their cause. Therefore, how to make our English teachers have effective teaching philosophy and carry out effective teaching activities so as to achieve effective teaching effect is a question that every English teacher is worth exploring. Through long-term teaching practice, the author has tried many effective teaching concepts and tactics to really explore the interaction between teachers and students in class, which has some practical significance for the improvement and improvement of our English teaching.
