一、导趣——激发动机,强化兴趣动机和兴趣是创新意识的潜在因素,是个人创新的灵魂,是创新的动力源泉。教师充分发挥、挖掘每个学生的优势和特长,对学生的点滴长进都要予以肯定、鼓励。通过口语训练,游戏,情景剧表演等活动创造机会让学生参与教学,表现自我。教者用OK,Good,Try,Do you best,I hope you’ll do better next time.等语言鼓励学生;指导学生记英语日记,写英语作文。让学生领略到成功的喜悦,强化学习动力,产生浓厚的兴趣。在教学过程中,笔者主要采取以下措施激发动机、引起学生兴趣:

Teachers should give full play to and tap into each student’s strengths and strengths, and must recognize and encourage students to make improvements. Through oral English training, games, melodrama performances and other activities to create opportunities for students to participate in teaching, self-expression. The teacher encourages students with languages such as OK, Good, Try, Do you best, and I hope you’ll do better next time. Students are instructed to remember English diaries and write English essays. Allow students to appreciate the joy of success, strengthen the motivation for learning, and generate a strong interest.
