目的:提高金蝉花中肌苷的提取率。方法:应用响应面分析法优化提取肌苷的工艺条件,在单因素试验基础上,采用Central Composite中心组合设计原理研究超声频率和超声时间两个因素对金蝉花提取物中肌苷含量的影响。利用Design Expert 8.0.6软件分析预测最佳提取工艺,并对优化工艺进行验证。结果:金蝉花中肌苷最佳提取工艺为以水为提取溶剂,液料比100,超声频率50 Hz,超声时间39 min。在此条件下金蝉花中肌苷提取量为718.835μg/g,接近预测值724.778μg/g。结论:优化工艺简便稳定,重复性好,可用于金蝉花肌苷的提取。
Objective: To improve the extraction rate of inosine in albino flower. Methods: The optimal extraction conditions of inosine were determined by response surface methodology. Based on the single factor experiment, Central Composite center design principle was used to study the effects of ultrasonic frequency and ultrasonic time on inosine content . Design Expert 8.0.6 software was used to predict and predict the best extraction process and validate the optimization process. Results: The optimum extraction process of inosine was the extraction solvent of water, the ratio of liquid to material, ultrasonic frequency was 50 Hz, ultrasonic time was 39 min. Under these conditions, the amount of inosine extracted from Jinchang flower was 718.835μg / g, close to the predicted value of 724.778μg / g.
