贝壳杉烷型二萜,特别是对映-贝壳杉烷型二萜是萜类天然产物家族中的主要组成部分.这类分子通常表现出抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗疟、抗病毒等多种重要生物活性.在分子结构上,这类四环二萜分子可以通过分子内氧化反应,切断反应以及重排反应,展现出复杂多样性.因此,对这类分子的全合成研究始终是国内外合成化学家的重点研究方向.根据这类分子的不同结构类型,分类阐述了近期国内外学者对此类分子的全合成研究.
Kaurane-type diterpenes, especially the enantiomer-kaurane-type diterpenes, are the major components of the natural product family of terpenoids, which often exhibit many important antimicrobial, antitumor, antimalarial, antiviral and the like Biological activity.In the molecular structure, these tetracyclic diterpene molecules through the molecular oxidation, cleavage reaction and rearrangement reaction, showing a complex diversity.Therefore, the total synthesis of these molecules has always been the synthesis of domestic and foreign Chemists focus on the research direction.According to the different structure types of these molecules, the classification expounds the recent domestic and foreign scholars on the synthesis of these molecules.
