本文阐述连铸机拉矫辊温度场的工业性测试方法,通过实心和空心拉矫辊的温度场实测,分别找出了温度沿辊径向与周向的变化关系以及辊温度随时间的变化关系。用有限差分法和有限单元法计算的结果分别同实测结果相对比,两者吻合较好。作者经过分析,得出了一些有意义的结论,并为板坯连铸机拉矫辊的热应力计算提供了必要的数据。
In this paper, the industrial testing method of the temperature field of straightening roller is described. The temperature and the circumferential temperature of the straightening roller are measured and the temperature changes with time relationship. The results calculated by the finite difference method and the finite element method are respectively compared with the measured results, the two agree well. After analysis, the author reached some meaningful conclusions and provided the necessary data for the thermal stress calculation of straightening caster.
