蜘蛛和瓢虫类天敌是害虫生物防治的主要生物资源,为了合理保护和利用自然天敌进行害虫的综合防治,对“安吉白茶”茶园主要害虫与天敌进行系统调查,用灰色关联度分析法和生态位分析法综合分析花蓟马和茶短须螨与其天敌在数量、时间和空间关系上的密切程度.结果表明,与花蓟马在数量、时间和空间关系密切的前5位天敌依次是粽管巢蛛、草间小黑蛛、龟纹瓢虫、异色瓢虫和锥腹肖蛸;与茶短须螨在数量、时间和空间关系密切的前5位天敌依次是草间小黑蛛、黑色蝇虎、粽管巢蛛、斜纹猫蛛和鳞纹肖蛸.花蓟马5个时段的空间格局均是聚集格局,5种主要天敌与花蓟马之间的|w|值均小于13.462 9,两者之间的聚集程度差异无统计学意义.花蓟马的种群聚集指数λ>2,表明其聚集是自身原因引起的,天敌龟纹瓢虫的聚集也是自身原因引起的,其余4种天敌的聚集是由环境中某一因素引起的.茶短须螨5月25日的空间格局是随机格局,其余是聚集格局.茶短须螨与其5种主要天敌的|w|值均小于13.462 9,聚集程度差异无统计学意义.茶短须螨6月9日的种群聚集指数λ为2.039 7,此时的聚集是由自身原因引起的,其余时间以及5种天敌的聚集都是由环境中某一因素引起的.
