Hydrological Bureau of the Yangtze River Conservancy Commission, respectively, together with the Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Hydrology and Water Resources Survey and the hydrological terminus held in Hubei Province upstream film, upstream and downstream stream flood forecast program compilation and review meetings have been held. There are 35 experts and delegates attended in Chengdu from October 23 to October 1991
