由于我国现在还没有制定出关于电子商务运营的相关法律与法规,因此在电子商务中,消费者如何保证其消费的安全权,包括信息安全、支付安全、交易安全等,也就日益引起了人们的关注。它关系着电子商务的可持续发展状态和运营,完善和健全的相关法律制度,是处在电子商务环境下的消费者们进行安全消费的有力保证。同时,消费者也要增强自身的保护意识,提高自我的防范能力。对于自身的网络消费行为要有合理的冷确期;对电子商务中运营商家的资质、信誉、规模和状况要有所评估;明确在电子商务中的自身诉讼权;充分运用在线投诉、网络信任评估、网络信息共享等电子商务中的服务职能机构,拓宽自身的消费安全权与法律维护途径。
