在今天的职场上,“充电”已被公认为职场人保持竞争力的必备武器之一。时时“充电”,日日进步,才能让自己保持竞争力。一般来说,职场人的“充电”大致分为两类。一种是提高个人效能的,譬如时间管理、沟通技巧、团队合作能力的培训等,这类培训是长期的、持续的,也是通用的,在职业生涯的各个阶段都需要。这类培训常常是由公司为员工统一安排;另外一种则是专业方面的培训,如学习新的管理方法、技术等,这类培训常常是个人为提高自己的专业水准或业务能力而进行,因而一般也是由个人自己制定方案。前一种培训可以说是锦上添花,而后一类的培训,常常与所从事的行业、职业有更加密切的关系,如果把握不好方向,就可能陷入误区,反而不利于个人发展。
