目的 :探讨虹膜型人工晶状体植入术并发症的原因。方法 :综合分析 6 7例 6 7只眼虹膜型人工晶状体植入手术的术中、术后并发症 ,追踪观察并发症的远期结果对视力的影响。结果 :术后并发症最常见为眼压升高 38 8% (2 6 / 6 7) ,其次为角膜水肿 7 46 % (5 / 6 7)、前房出血 7 46 % (5 / 6 7)、脉络膜脱离 5 97% (4 / 6 7)、视网膜脱离 4 47% (3/ 6 7)、玻璃体出血 1 49%(1/ 6 7)。结论 :虹膜型人工晶状体植入术并发症的原因复杂 ,尤以眼压升高为主 ,远期对视力有一定影响 ,应引起注意
Objective: To investigate the causes of complications of iris intraocular lens implantation. Methods: The intraoperative and postoperative complications of 67 cases with 67 eyes iris intraocular lens implantation were retrospectively analyzed. The effects of long-term complications on the visual acuity were observed. Results: The most common postoperative complications were 38 8% (26/67) intraocular pressure (IOP), followed by corneal edema (466%), anterior chamber hemorrhage (7 46%), , Choroidal detachment 5 97% (4/67), retinal detachment 477% (3/67), and vitreous hemorrhage 119% (1/67). CONCLUSIONS: The causes of complications caused by iris intraocular lens implantation are complex, especially in patients with elevated intraocular pressure. Long-term vision may have some impact on visual acuity and should be noted
