以偏钒酸铵和纳米碳黑为原料,先制备前驱体粉末,再将前驱体粉末在一定温度下碳化/氮化得到纳米氮化钒(VN)粉末。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对反应产物的相组成和微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:相组成单一的VN粉末可以在1050~1100℃、1h条件下获得;1100℃时VN粉末显示球形或类球形,主要由20~50nm的颗粒组成。
Ammonium metavanadate and nano carbon black are taken as raw materials to prepare a precursor powder, and then the precursor powder is carbonized / nitrided at a certain temperature to obtain a nano-vanadium nitride (VN) powder. The phase composition and microstructure of the reaction product were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the VN powder with single phase can be obtained at 1050 ~ 1100 ℃ for 1h. The VN powder shows spherical or spheroidal shape at 1100 ℃ and mainly consists of 20 ~ 50nm particles.
