张斌,笔名沈宾,1952年生于沈阳,籍贯辽宁省绥中县。系中国民主建国会会员、辽宁省残疾人联合会福利基金会理事,沈阳市政协委员、辽宁省国际友好促进委员会常务理事、沈阳市中山书画院副院长、沈宾网业有限公司董事长、辽宁省美术家协会理事;兼任沈阳市儿童社会福利院名誉院长及辽宁省孤儿学校名誉校长等职。张斌自幼酷爱书画艺术,师从著名画家廖惊世先生,学习山水画和动物画。作品以写意山水和工笔走兽见长,其功底深厚,画风质朴。有许多作品在《辽宁日报》、《沈阳日报》、《美术大观》、央视《东方时
Zhang Bin, pen name Shen Bin, was born in Shenyang in 1952, native of Liaoning Province Suizhong County. He is a member of China Democratic National Construction Association, Liaoning Provincial Federation of Disabled Persons Welfare Foundation, member of Shenyang CPPCC, executive director of Liaoning Province International Friendship Promotion Committee, vice president of Shenyang Zhongshan Painting and Calligraphy Institute, chairman of Shen Bin Network Co., Liaoning Artists Association; concurrently honorary president of Shenyang City Children’s Social Welfare Institute and honorary principal of Liaoning Province Orphan School.
