According to SCM’s forecast, the demand for titanium dioxide in Europe will increase at an average annual rate of 2% from 1995 to 2000, and the world demand will increase at an average annual rate of 3.5%, while the demand in the Asia-Pacific region will increase by an average of 6% annually.
