目的:研究核桃楸叶提取物不同极性部位的体外抗菌作用。方法:采用有机溶剂萃取法将核桃楸叶提取物分为石油醚相,乙酸乙酯相,正丁醇相和水相等4个不同极性部位,采用平板打孔法考察其对金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌,绿脓杆菌的抗菌作用,比较核桃楸叶提取物不同极性部位的抗菌作用强度,确定其最低抑菌浓度。结果核桃楸叶提取物有机相萃取部位有抗菌作用,最低抑菌浓度顺序为:正丁醇相>乙酸乙酯相>石油醚相,水相无抑菌作用。结论:随着极性的增大,核桃楸叶提取物有机相萃取部位的抗菌作用逐渐增强。
Objective: To study the in vitro antibacterial activity of extracts from Juglans mandshurica in different polarity. Methods: The extracts of Juglans mandshurica were divided into four different polarity fractions, petroleum ether phase, ethyl acetate phase, n-butanol phase and water phase by organic solvent extraction. The effects of different concentrations on staphylococcus aureus , Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The antibacterial activity of extracts from different branches of Juglans mandshurica was compared to determine their minimum inhibitory concentrations. Results The extraction of organic extracts from the leaves of Juglans mandshurica has antibacterial activity. The order of the minimum inhibitory concentrations was n-butanol phase> ethyl acetate phase> petroleum ether phase, and the aqueous phase had no antibacterial activity. CONCLUSION: With the increase of polarity, the antibacterial effect of extracts from the leaves of Juglans mandshurica increased gradually.
