目的 探讨 CD5 9抗原在血液系统恶性肿瘤患者红细胞及成熟粒细胞上的表达及意义。方法 以 2 0例正常人和 2 2例确诊为不同类型血液系统恶性肿瘤患者为对象 ,采用直接免疫荧光标记法和流式细胞仪检测骨髓或外周血中红细胞及成熟粒细胞表面 CD5 9的表达情况并进行比较。结果 正常人外周血粒细胞和红细胞中的 CD5 9+细胞均占 95 %以上 ,9例 AML患者中有 7例粒细胞表面 CD5 9表达量低于正常值 ( 4 2 .4%~ 78.9% ) ,2例双表型 AL及 3例 ALL伴髓系抗原 CD1 3阳性的患者中有 3例 CD5 9表达量降低 ( 87.0 %~ 92 .0 % ) ,3例 CLL、3例单纯 ALL以及 2例淋巴瘤患者的粒细胞 CD5 9均正常。此外 ,所有患者红细胞表面 CD5 9的表达均正常。结论 粒细胞表面 CD5 9的表达异常和急性髓细胞性白血病明显相关 ,研究结果可能为 MDS及 AML的诊断、鉴别诊断和预后判断等提示一个新的思路
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CD5 9 antigen on erythrocyte and mature granulocyte in patients with hematological malignancies. Methods Twenty cases of normal people and 22 cases of malignant hematological malignancies diagnosed as different types of hematological malignancies were studied. The expression of CD59 on erythrocytes and mature granulocytes in bone marrow or peripheral blood was detected by direct immunofluorescence staining and flow cytometry Situation and compare. Results The CD5 9+ cells in peripheral blood granulocytes and erythrocytes accounted for more than 95% in normal subjects. The expression of CD59 on granulocytes in 7 out of 9 AML patients was lower than normal (42.4% -78.9%) , 3 patients with dual-phenotype AL and 3 patients with ALL-associated myeloid antigen CD3 (3) showed decreased CD5 9 expression (87.0% -92.0%), 3 patients with CLL, 3 patients with simple ALL and 2 patients Lymphoma in patients with granulocytes CD5 9 are normal. In addition, CD59 expression on erythrocytes was normal in all patients. Conclusion The abnormal expression of granulocyte CD5 9 is significantly associated with acute myelogenous leukemia. The findings may be a new way to diagnose, differentiate and prognose MDS and AML
