[目的]获得增稠剂种类和用量、温度以及外加电解质等对异丙甲草胺水乳剂流变特性的影响规律。[方法]通过测定不同影响因素下水乳剂的最佳拟合方程和流变参数,建立体系流变特性与水乳剂稳定性之间的关系。[结果]随着黄原胶和硅酸镁铝用量的增大,水乳剂黏度呈增大趋势,且黄原胶的增稠效果优于硅酸镁铝;不同增稠剂用量下,水乳剂均表现为剪切变稀的假塑性流体特征,且该特征随着用量的增加而增强。水乳剂黏度随着温度升高而增大,水乳剂在不同温度下均具有剪切变稀的假塑性特征。随着电解质离子浓度的增加,水乳剂黏度先增大后减小,外加电解质离子不会改变水乳剂的假塑性特征。[结论]水乳剂加工过程中,可以通过控制影响因素来调节体系的流变特性,从而获得较佳的稳定性。
[Objective] The research aimed to obtain the influencing rules of the rheological properties of metolachlor aqueous emulsion, such as the type and amount of thickener, temperature and electrolytes. [Method] The relationship between the rheological properties of the system and the stability of the aqueous emulsion was established by measuring the best fitting equation and the rheological parameters of the water-emulsion under different influencing factors. [Result] With the increase of the amount of Xanthan Gum and Magnesium Silicate, the viscosity of aqueous emulsion increased, and the thickening effect of Xanthan Gum was better than that of Magnesium Aluminum Silicate. Under different thickener dosage, All show the characteristics of shear thinning pseudoplastic fluid, and the characteristics increase with the increase of the amount. The viscosity of aqueous emulsion increases with the increase of temperature. The aqueous emulsion has pseudoplastic characteristics of shear thinning at different temperatures. With the increase of electrolyte ion concentration, the viscosity of the aqueous emulsion first increases and then decreases, and the addition of electrolyte ions does not change the pseudoplastic characteristic of the aqueous emulsion. [Conclusion] During the process of water emulsion, the rheological properties of the system can be adjusted by controlling the influencing factors so as to obtain better stability.
