随着社会经济的快速发展,房地产行业的规划与设计已经从住宅项目的建设向城市综合体的推进逐步迁移,这期间有资本的逐利因素,更有城市化进程发展的因素。如何在城市化进程快速发展中,将城市综合体的设计规划与城市空间的开发利用有效结合,是当前城市规划的重要课题。本文系笔者从事规划设计多年的思考与分析,探讨了具体的影响因素,希望能够与从事规划设计的专业人员有所沟通与交流,为其提供一定的参考与借鉴。
With the rapid social and economic development, the planning and design of the real estate industry has gradually shifted from the construction of residential projects to the promotion of urban complexes. During this period, there are capital-profit factors and more factors in the development of urbanization. How to effectively combine the design and planning of urban complex with the development and utilization of urban space in the rapid development of urbanization is an important issue in current urban planning. This paper is the author engaged in planning and design for many years of thinking and analysis, discusses the specific factors that affect the planning and design professionals hope to have some communication and exchange, to provide some reference and reference.
