Acoustic emission was used to monitor the fatigue crack growth of LD31 aluminum and A3 steel, and the corresponding relationship between acoustic emission parameters and crack propagation rate was obtained. Describes the use of post-processing line positioning parameter adjustment and load filtering to reduce the specific method of noise.
