开场白:2011年3月4日,为迎接“三八”国际劳动妇女节,第二届“女性的领导力与创新力”高峰论坛在北京举行。此论坛为海内外精英女性搭建了一个专属的高端交流平台。本届论坛既是职场女性共庆节日的年度盛会,也是探讨女性话题、共商女性发展的舞台。下面我们请几位参会的嘉宾,重点谈谈女企业家在经济和社会发展中的重要地位及作用,并根据女性的特质,探讨在企业中如何发挥女性的领导力与创新力。
Opening Remarks: On March 4, 2011, the second “Women’s Leadership and Innovation” Summit was held in Beijing to welcome the “March 3” International Women’s Day. This forum for elites at home and abroad to build an exclusive high-end exchange platform. This forum is not only an annual event for female females to celebrate the festival, but also a stage for discussing feminine topics and discussing feminine development. Next, we invite several distinguished guests, focusing on the important role and role of women entrepreneurs in economic and social development. Based on the characteristics of women, we explore how women’s leadership and innovation can be demonstrated in enterprises.
