本系统由华东冶金学院与江苏省宝应电器厂共同开发,于1992年5月25日通过了江苏省科委鉴定。该系统自制128点带隔离的开关量输入接口板和信号调理板,设计合理,现场使用表明,整个系统抗干扰能力强,提高了检测精度,性能稳定可靠,使用操作方便。系统用于大批量检测时比人工检测提高效率十倍以上,解决了国内同行业长期以来技术难题,取得了明显的经济效益。专家们认为,该技术用于继电器测试属国内首创,该科研成果技术水平在国内同行业中处于领先地位。
This system is jointly developed by East China Institute of Metallurgy and Baoying Electric Appliance Factory of Jiangsu Province. It was appraised by Jiangsu Science and Technology Commission on May 25, 1992. The system is made of 128 points with isolated switch input interface board and signal conditioning board, designed, field use shows that the entire system anti-interference ability, improve the detection accuracy, stable and reliable performance, easy to use. The system is more than ten times as efficient as the manual test to detect large quantities, solving the long-term technical problems in the domestic industry and achieving obvious economic benefits. Experts believe that the technology used for relay testing is a national initiative, the scientific research achievements in the technology in the same industry in a leading position.
