湖南某矿的白钨矿原矿性质为硫含量为0.44%,可回收利用的元素主要为钨。矿石中钨主要以白钨矿形态存在,原有浮选工艺为优先选硫化矿再选白钨,但随着有色金属行情低迷,继续选硫经济效益差,导致公司总体生产成本高。因此准备取消选硫流程,在小型试验成功后,组织技术人员进行工业试验。目的是验证取消选硫流程后,白钨精矿含硫能否达到一级白钨标准(s<2.5%),白钨回收率会不会有所提高。通过生产试验表明,不脱硫生产可以得到一级白钨精矿,硫含量为2.09%,同时白钨回收率略有升高。并且通过成本统计,按原矿20万吨/年计算,不脱硫生产能比脱硫生产增加效益40万元/年,经济效益显著。在目前硫精矿行情低迷的情况下,可以进行不脱硫生产。
