将遗传算法与现有的调度算法相结合，运用合适的遗传算子和调度规则，对现有的启发式调度算法进行改进，充分发挥了两者的优点，既保证了较高的搜索效率，又保证了解的全局最优性。并给出了对照算例，说明了该算法的可行性和有效性。
