目的了解职业学校青年教师教学科研能力现状,为学校制定青年教师培养目标提供参考。方法采用问卷调查法调查青年教师的科研意识、科研能力和科研氛围。结果职业学校青年教师教学科研能力现状不容乐观,科研意识、科研能力较薄弱,科研氛围需进一步加强。结论职业学校要加大对青年教师教学科研能力的研究力度,采取多种措施增强青年教师教学科研意识,提高教学科研能力,营造良好科研氛围,促进青年教师专业化发展。
Objective To understand the current situation of teaching and research ability of young teachers in vocational schools and provide references for the school to formulate the training targets for young teachers. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate young teachers’ awareness of scientific research, scientific research ability and scientific research atmosphere. Results The current situation of teaching and research ability of young teachers in vocational schools is not optimistic, the awareness of scientific research, the weak ability of scientific research and the need of scientific research atmosphere need to be further strengthened. Conclusion Vocational schools should intensify the research on young teachers ’ability of teaching and research, take various measures to enhance young teachers’ awareness of teaching and scientific research, improve the ability of teaching and research, create a good atmosphere for scientific research and promote the professional development of young teachers.
