学生评价作为中职教育评价的主要内容,是强化中职院校教育管理,提高教育质量的一项重要手段。然而,目前我国多数中职院校尚未建立起一套切实可行、科学有效的学生评价机制,这就容易导致中职院校的教育教学质量难以提高,培养目标难以实现,并最终成为制约中职院校走向可持续、内涵式发展道路的重要瓶颈因素。结合作为课任教师的实践教育经验,从中职学生评价机制的现状及不足出发,并着重就中职学生评价机制的改革对策进行了探索与研究。
As the main content of secondary vocational education evaluation, student evaluation is an important means to strengthen the education management in secondary vocational schools and improve the quality of education. However, at present, most of the vocational colleges in our country have not set up a set of practicable and scientifically effective student evaluation mechanism, which can easily lead to the difficulty in improving the quality of education and teaching in secondary vocational schools, and make the training objectives difficult to achieve. Institutions towards sustainable, connotative development path of the important bottlenecks. Based on the practical education experience of the teachers in charge of teaching, this article starts from the current situation and shortcomings of the evaluation mechanism of vocational students, and focuses on the exploration and research on the reform measures of the evaluation mechanism of secondary vocational students.
