本文应用SD-100型单光子骨密度仅检测了长春地区60~79岁正常人240例右前臂桡尺骨的骨矿物质含量(Bone mineral density缩写:BMD),其中分运动组和非运动组各120人(男60,女60),并比较两组的BMD。结果有运动组比无运动组BMD高,说明营养、运动与骨矿物质含量有关,据此指导老年性骨质疏松症的预防和治疗。
In this paper, Bone mineral density (BMD) was measured in 240 right forearm of 240 normal subjects aged 60-79 years in Changchun using single-photon BMD of SD-100. 120 (male 60, female 60), and compared the two groups BMD. The results of exercise group than non-exercise group BMD, indicating that nutrition, exercise and bone mineral content, thus guiding the prevention and treatment of senile osteoporosis.
