绿色G D P的出现是为了弥补传统GDP的缺陷,传统GDP没有扣除环境和资源浪费所造成的损失。绿色GDP不仅能反映经济增长水平,而且能够体现经济增长和自然保护和谐统一的程度。文章着重论述了绿色GDP实施中的难点及其对策,指出我国虽面临着许多观念、制度和技术方面的障碍,但只要方法及其对策得当,还是能建设合适的绿色GDP。
The emergence of green GDP is to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional GDP, the traditional GDP did not deduct the losses caused by environmental and resource wastage. Green GDP not only reflects the level of economic growth, but also reflects the degree of harmony and unification of economic growth and nature conservation. This article focuses on the difficulties and countermeasures in the implementation of green GDP. It points out that although China faces many obstacles in its concept, system and technology, it can still build green GDP as long as the methods and countermeasures are appropriate.
