一、国内航运中心发展现状分析根据《全国海洋经济发展“十二五”规划》,我国提出加快上海国际航运中心建设,推进天津北方国际航运中心、大连东北亚国际航运中心建设,提升国际航运合作水平的发展目标。以下就国内各地航运中心的发展现状及政策实施进行简单分析。1.上海国际航运中心2011年上海港口货物吞吐量完成6.24亿吨,比2010年增长10.8%;集装箱吞吐量完成3173.93万TEU,成为世界上首个突破3000万TEU的港口,比2010年增长9.3%。
I. Analysis of the Development Status of Domestic Shipping Centers According to the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” of “National Marine Economic Development”, China proposed to speed up the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center, promote the construction of Tianjin International Shipping Center and Dalian Northeast Asia International Shipping Center and upgrade the international Shipping cooperation level of development goals. The following is a brief analysis of the status quo and implementation of the shipping center in China. 1. Shanghai International Shipping Center handled 622 million tons of cargo throughput in Shanghai Port in 2011, up 10.8% over 2010; container throughput reached 31,739,300 TEU, making it the first port in the world to exceed 30 million TEU, an increase of 9.3 over 2010 %.
