近几年来,我省对生产关系国计民生的某些工业产品和某些紧缺、短线工业产品,财政给予定额补贴,这对促进生产,稳定市场,发展国民经济都起了积极作用。但是,补贴项目越来越多,补贴数额逐年增加,有些补贴不够合理,不符合国家规定。现根据国家要求,经全省计划、财贸工作会议讨论同意,对工业企业几项财政补贴作以下调整:一、压缩农机产品补贴。一九七八年国家规定对生产农机配件发生的亏损给予价外补贴,并规定在三年内转亏为盈。由于已经超期两年,决定从一九八三年起,取消这项补贴。但对列入省计划的、为全省农机配套的短线产品,可根据实际情况,给予适当补
