目的了解噪声对作业接触工人总抗氧化能力和一氧化氮合酶活性的影响。方法检测接触组和对照组的血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和一氧化氮合酶活性(NOS)。结果噪声组血清T-AOC明显低于对照组组(P<0.05)、血清总NOS和诱导型NOS活性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论长期噪声接触可致使机体总抗氧化能力下降和诱导型一氧化氮合酶活性增强。
Objective To understand the effect of noise on total antioxidant capacity and nitric oxide synthase activity in exposed workers. Methods The serum total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and nitric oxide synthase activity (NOS) of the contact group and the control group were detected. Results The serum T-AOC in the noisy group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the total NOS and inducible NOS activities in the serum were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Long-term noise exposure can lead to decreased total antioxidant capacity and inducible nitric oxide synthase activity.
