近年来,法学专业就业情况持续亮红牌,就业率低、就业速度慢成为了法学就业的代名词,法学专业就业情况现状如何?怎样通过就业指导改革对法学专业学生就业形成指导和帮助?本文以北方民族大学法学专业为例,从供需失衡、就业观念、就业方向、就业满意度阐述了法学专业的就业现状,同时从时间维度、内容维度、形式维度与队伍维度等四个方面探讨了就业指导的改革对策。
