本文报告高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒50例治疗效果,并与用传统方法治疗的44例急性一氧化碳中毒患者进行比较。结果显示高压氧组4天内治愈率(98.0%)显著高于对照组(63.6%),并且病人平均昏迷时间(2±0.5h)也明显短于对照组(8±3.0h)。我们认为高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒明显优于传统治疗方法,因此,应列为首选。文中讨论了高压氧治疗的基本原理,并提出了连续吸氧治疗的新方案,认为该方案值得推广应用。
This article reports the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of 50 cases of acute carbon monoxide poisoning and compared with 44 cases of acute carbon monoxide poisoning treated by traditional methods. The results showed that the cure rate (98.0%) of hyperbaric oxygen group within 4 days was significantly higher than that of control group (63.6%), and the mean coma time (2 ± 0.5h) was also significantly shorter than that of control group (8 ± 3). 0h). We believe that hyperbaric oxygen treatment of acute carbon monoxide poisoning is significantly better than the traditional treatment methods, therefore, should be listed as the first choice. This paper discusses the basic principles of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and put forward a new program of continuous oxygen therapy, that the program worthy of promotion and application.
