通过询问农村居民 ,可直接明了乡镇卫生院在农村居民医疗市场中的优势所在。遵循这一思路 ,该文采取需方评价的方法 ,对反映乡镇卫生院的 5个指标进行综合 ,建立了乡镇卫生院综合优势指标并加以检验。结果显示 :乡镇卫生院综合优势指标能很好反映实际情况 ,与乡镇卫生院农村医疗市场份额正相关 ;乡镇卫生院的发展应着重“收费让人接受”、“医生服务热情”方面的建设。
By inquiring rural residents, we can directly understand the advantages of township health centers in the rural residents’ medical market. Following this line of thinking, the article adopts a demand-side evaluation method to comprehensively reflect the five indicators of township health centers, and establishes the comprehensive advantages indicators of township health centers and tests them. The results show that: the comprehensive indicators of township hospitals can reflect the actual situation well, and are positively related to the rural medical market share of township health centers; the development of township hospitals should emphasize the construction of “acceptable fees” and “doctor’s service enthusiasm”.
