目的:考查熟悉性和关系质量对中国人人格评价一致性的影响。方法:采用中国人人格量表对114名大学新生室友人格特质的自评—他评的一致性进行追踪研究。结果:尽管在QZPS的许多维度上第15周时的自评—他评一致性水平要高于第2周,但是这些变化在统计上却大都不显著;在第2周时,关系质量的主效应和调节效应在所有的人格维度上都不显著;在第15周时,在善良、人际关系维度上,关系质量的主效应显著,而且关系质量对于外向性和处世态度维度的自评—他评具有显著的调节作用。结论:许多西方文献所证实的熟悉性效应在中国文化下并没有出现,但关系质量的具有一定的调节作用。
Aims: To examine the impact of familiarity and relationship quality on the consistency of Chinese personality assessment. Methods: A self - assessment of the personality traits of 114 college freshmen in room - using the Chinese Personality Scale to track the consistency of his comments.
