为了研究厚覆盖层拉斗铲倒堆工艺下采煤系统稳定性,根据拉斗铲与半连续系统工作流程,分析了拉斗铲工艺下坑底回采煤量与传统定义的区别,给出了相应的计算公式,同时提出了拉斗铲可覆盖面积的概念,并给出了拉斗铲可覆盖面积的定义及计算公式.利用回采煤量和拉斗铲可覆盖面积两个参数作为评价指标,得出坑底回采煤量是保证矿山生产连续性的基础,可覆盖面积是保证矿山年生产煤量稳定性的关键的结论.实例研究表明:黑岱沟露天煤矿的可覆盖面积为0.5 Mm2,可保证产量为24.47 Mt;回采煤量最大为3.74 Mt,可供1.2个月开采,由于拉斗铲系统的故障时间远小于1.2个月,所以可以保证采煤的稳定和连续.
In order to study the stability of the coal mining system under the heavy overburden dragline and shovel dumping process, according to the work flow of the dragline shovel and the semi-continuous system, the difference between the coal mining volume and the traditional definition under the shovel shoveling process is analyzed. The corresponding calculation formula is put forward and the concept of dragline shovel coverage area is put forward and the definition and calculation formula of dragline shovel coverage area are given.The two parameters of covering area and dragline shovel can be used as Evaluation index and concluded that coal mining at the bottom of the pit is the basis to ensure the continuity of mine production.The coverage area is the key conclusion to ensure the stability of coal production in the mine.Examples show that the coverage of Heidaigou opencast coal mine 0.5 Mm2 to ensure a yield of 24.47 Mt; maximum coal recovery of 3.74 Mt for 1.2 months of mining, as dragline shovel system failure time is much less than 1.2 months, so you can ensure the stability and continuous coal mining .
