原发性血小板减少性紫癜(以下简称原发性血紫病),其发病原因迄今未完全明了,可能与机体本身存在某种抗体以及脾脏对血小板的破坏有关。过去,西医沿用皮质激素治疗,严重者输血或进行脾脏切除,有一定疗效,但多数维持时间不长,且不经济。自1974年4月以来,我们试用中草药“复方黄鳝藤片”(简称“复黄片”)治疗观察34例原发性血紫病人,近期疗效满意,现简介如下:
