在对军工企业与民品企业相互融合发展模式进行系统分析的基础上,利用系统动力学流率基本入树建模法,建立了其发展模式的系统反馈结构模型。利用系统反馈基模生成系计算方法,计算出系统反馈基模,通过对系统主导反馈基模的分析,提出了相应的管理方针,实现了用系统科学的方法有效分析企业组织管理问题的目的。
Based on the systematic analysis of the mode of mutual integration and development between military industrial enterprises and civilian-product enterprises, a system feedback structural model of its development mode is established by using the basic kinetic flow rate model. Based on the system feedback base model generation method, the system feedback base model is calculated. Based on the analysis of the system leading feedback base model, the corresponding management principles are put forward, and the purpose of effectively analyzing the organization and management problems of enterprises by the method of system science is achieved.
