出口国外某电厂的3台600MW超临界高压加热器在管板不锈钢堆焊层与碳钢换热管封口焊焊接试验时,选取了ER309L-Si、ERNiCr-3、ERNiCrFe-7和ERNiCrMo-3四种焊丝分别进行施焊和检验,发现封口焊焊缝根部均不同程度地产生了裂纹。为了攻克这一焊接难题,确保质量和周期,本文摸索出了特殊的操作技法,即在管口为Ф16mm×2.12mm管端选用ER309L-Si焊丝堆焊不锈钢隔离层,将管子内缩管板后,再进行封口焊焊接,实现同种钢焊接。我们对焊工进行特殊技法培训,生产现场指导焊工操作,成功用于生产。这是国内首次在高压加热器上采用的新工艺、新方法。近16000个焊口经氦检漏、水压试验无泄漏,创造了345万元的经济效益,从而提升了封口焊的焊接质量和可靠性,为我公司高压加热器、化工换热器的不锈钢与碳钢管封口焊焊接积累了成功经验。
